1. Guaranteed subject
Main solar water heater products have 6 years guarantee for the following:

Water storage tanks (geysers),  solar collector, stand parts and   other  non electrical parts approved by us.

All electrical accessories have their own relative guarantee provided by producer.

2.Limited liability:
We are responsible for the above parts of our solar water heater for 6 years and if there are any problems, users  can call our nearest distributor for exchange or repair.

Our responsibility does not applying for following conditions:

Acts of God, Improper installation and wrong operation of user.

 
Solar water heater is a professional product and should be installed by our distributor or technical people approved by us. If by improper installation, users will not have our guarantee for all product purchased.
